Types of Inspections

Home Inspection

Your home inspection is a thorough top to bottom inspection from the foundation to the roof.  This includes but, is not limited to, the foundation, air conditioning/heating systems, electrical system, plumbing system and roof. We pride ourselves on being able to walk on most roofs. After all, the best view of a roof is a birds eye view!

Pools and Sprinkler Systems

Pools are fun to have. Who doesn’t want to chill out in their own private oasis after a long day or during a relaxing weekend? This is a separate inspection from the house and both the pool and equipment are inspected. Sprinkler systems are inspected with the house at no extra charge.

Termites

Yes, we can inspect your house for termites and other wood destroying insects at the same time as your house inspection. There is no need for you to locate a different inspector for this. Your convenience is a top priority for us.

Digital Foundation Elevations

All great things begin with a solid foundation, especially houses. Digital readings of the foundations elevation will help us determine if there may be foundation issues and give you clarity to understand where this is happening. This is standard on all inspections, except  multi-family buildings. Ask about our annual foundation inspection program!

New Construction Phase Inspections

Don’t be surprised, but new construction has issues too. We can help minimize headaches and make sure your new house is as close to perfect as it can be. With this program there is a foundation inspection prior to concrete placement, a pre-drywall inspection after the house is dried in and mechanical systems are installed and a final inspection when the house is move in ready.
