You’ve made one of the biggest decisions of your life and it’s to buy a home. While this is a very exciting time, it can be very stressful. You want to make sure you are making the right decision and that is where your home inspector comes in. My job, as your home inspector, is to make sure you understand the current condition of the home so you can make an informed decision to move forward with the purchase or not. Is it safe? Is it functioning as it should? Are there major issues that I don’t know about? We will answer these questions for you. 

My name is Chris Cole. I have over 20 years’ experience in construction and real estate services. I began my career building new home construction. I then remodeled homes for almost a decade before I began my home inspection company.  As part of your home buying team, I, along with your realtor, lender, appraiser and others, I want you to have a great experience buying your home.
